Senthil Kumar
Managing Attorney
Senthil Kumar received his Bachelor of Arts as part of a 5-year integrated course, resulting in a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Madras in 1997. He was admitted to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, India, that same year. Hailing from a family of lawyers, Mr. Kumar began his career in his father’s law office, concentrating primarily in the area of criminal law. In 2000, he shifted his focus to U.S. immigration, focusing on Consular Processing.
Attorney Kumar’s experience in Consular Processing is broad, encompassing areas from Business / Tourist Visas to Family and Employment-Based Immigrant Visas. He advises visa applicants on coordinating their initial documentation for the above categories, thus saving valuable time and expense. Attorney Kumar is experienced in guiding visa applicants through the application and interview processes at consular posts in India. Helping applicants to navigate the maze of immigration procedures brings him great satisfaction, whether helping them to reunite their families, follow business opportunities, or otherwise pursue their life goals.

Gnanamookan has been a valued member of the team of attorneys at Murthy Immigration Services, Pvt. Ltd. (MISPL) since 2007. Gnanamookan earned his Bachelor of Arts and Law at Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, in 2005. Prior to joining MISPL, Gnanamookan practiced Indian laws involving negotiable instruments, contracts, property, and family law.
Gnanamookan has experience in consular procedures and visa matters at consular posts in India. He handles complex cases involving nonimmigrant visas, certain nonimmigrant waivers, and other U.S. immigrant visa matters. He also advises on matters related to Indian immigration.
Veena Vijay Ananth
Senior Attorney
Veena Vijay Ananth earned her Master of Law from the Annamalai University in 2002, and her Bachelor of Law from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai, in 1999. She was admitted into the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu in the same year.
Veena Vijay Ananth went on to practice litigation matters falling under corporate and civil law until May 2005, when she forayed into the field of U.S. immigration. She worked previously with a U.S.-based immigration law firm and is well versed on business immigration matters as former head of an in-house immigration team of a large U.S.-based software company before she joined the prestigious legal team at Murthy Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd., in 2011.
Nivedita Vaidyanathan

Nivedita completed her Bachelor’s in Law in 2020 and her Master of Law from the School of Excellence in Law, affiliated to Tamil Nadu, Dr. Ambedkar Law University in the year 2022. She was admitted to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the year 2020.
Nivedita started practicing with focus on corporate and electricity laws. Nivedita was a topper in her school and college and her interest in immigration stems from her empathetic nature in wanting to help people. She joined the stellar legal team at Murthy Immigration Services in September 2022 and has become an invaluable asset to the team and to our clients!
