Profile: Attorney Senthil Kumar


Senthil Kumar received his Bachelor of Arts as part of a 5-year integrated course resulting in a Bachelor of Law Degree from the University of Madras in 1997. He was admitted to the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, India that same year. Hailing from a family of lawyers, Mr. Kumar began his career in his father's law office, concentrating primarily in the area of criminal law. In 2000, he shifted his focus to U.S. immigration, focusing on Consular Processing.

Attorney Senthil Kumar's experience with Consular Processing is broad, encompassing almost all areas from Business / Tourist Visas to Family-Based and Employment-Based Immigrant Visas. He also has experience coordinating initial documentation for the above categories of visas by directly interacting with the visa applicants, thus saving valuable time and expense. Attorney Senthil Kumar is experienced in guiding visa applicants through the visa application and interview processes at Consular posts in India.

His interest in immigration stems from a desire to help applicants to navigate the maze of ever-changing immigration procedures whether for reuniting families, following business opportunities, or otherwise pursuing life goals.
